Practice records are an important & large portion of student grades in the FMS Band.
Guidelines for receiving 100pts per week on your PR:
1. Turn in on Tuesdays. If student is absent (excused absences only) on Tuesday, then they must turn in their PR on the day they return to school.
2. 100 minutes of practice MINIMUM. This amount is the absolute least you should be practicing. More practice time is highly encouraged.
3. Parent (guardian) signature must be present on EVERY PR or no credit will be given. No exceptions.
4. Fill out the PR completely and be very specific about your practice log for each day. Simply writing "practice" or "scales" is not acceptable.
